The Hayloft Room.* (picture)
This venue is ideal for smaller receptions. It will hold up to 35 guests for a sit down reception and can be used until the bar closes at 12.00pm.

The Dovecote Room.* (picture)
This self-contained venue is a Barn-style conversion which can hold 50-60 people for a sit down reception. The bar closes at 12.00pm. There are facilities to add marquees to suit your needs onto the 1 acre paddock behind the barn. This is ideal for wedding receptions.

The Restaurant.(picture)
Our restaurant is available for afternoon receptions until 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.This venue can seat up to 40 people for a sit down reception.

We have several marquees which can cater from 50- 250 people.A marquee wedding at The Royal Arms
is the perfect venue for larger receptions.
The marquee is set across our 1 acre paddock which overlooks the beautiful rolling countryside views. Our marquees can caterfor up to any number of guests. Cost depends on size of marquee and optional extras.

* With the Dovecote and the Hayloft the price includes use of table linen & napkins and
mineral water . Our beautifully decorated bridal suite with handmade 4-poster bed is available for the newly married couple to use on their wedding night free of charge subject to number of guests. We have 18 other rooms available in stable block style accomodation. Ideal for your friends and family to stay, which we will offer at a special Bed and Breakfast rate. Sited within the grounds of the Hotel, the Conference Centre can hold between 20 and 80 delegates, either theatre, horseshoe or boardroom style. Used frequently for seminars, team building exercises product launches etc.. We also have a smaller meeting room, "The Hayloft," which can hold up to 20 delegates. Full use of audio and visual equipment can be arranged in advance. All facilities are self-contained within the centre itself, making it extremely private. The centre has been used by numerous blue chip companies.

Our Conference Centre can be booked on a daily or half-daily basis which will include use of our conference room. Use of overhead projector, flip chart, screen, P.A etc Coffee on arrival, mid morning, mid afternoon. Hot/cold buffet lunch with orange juice and mineral water. Evening meal chosen from a la carte menu. Bed and breakfast. Please contact us for rates.
